Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot alter designs or cancel orders once production has begun (this includes pre-designed products available in our shop section). Customers can cancel or modify their order within 4 hours of purchase.

Please note, for those who select the Rush order service, any cancellations or changes must be made within 1 hour of purchase.

After the specified time frames, all orders and designs are considered final and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation and refund, please send an email with the subject line "Cancel Order <Order Number>" to hello@omgneon.com within 4 hours of placing your order.

Please be aware that we do not cancel custom orders with pre-approved designs. You can modify the design as needed until production starts.

Refunds may take 8-10 business days to appear in your account once processed.

Returns/Replacements/Refunds: At OMG Neon, we ensure that our products are free from manufacturing defects. In the rare case that a defect occurs, we provide straightforward assistance to our customers. We offer replacements for defective products and will determine the best solution—whether that be repair or replacement—after a thorough inspection of the delivered items. The final decision on refunds, including those for product and/or shipping costs, is made on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of OMG Neon.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We require video and photographic evidence during unboxing to ensure a quick and clear claims process. If the package appears damaged, punctured, or bent, take clear pictures before opening it. This documentation is necessary for filing insurance claims with the shipping company.

Replacements are provided only if our team validates the provided evidence. We do not offer refunds for manufacturing defects or for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. However, we ensure impartial support and may provide a brand-new replacement to guarantee customer satisfaction.
