A: Order can be cancelled before the Production starts of the order. For cancellation you can write to us at hello@omgneon.com along with Order Number. We’ll confirm the status if the order and take the action accordingly. On successful cancellation, the complete order amount will be refunded.
Q: Is it possible to change the shipping address after placing an order?
A: Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order until they have been shipped. For change of address, please write to us at hello@omgneon.com along with new address. Please note that changing the shipping address might impact the timely delivery of the product. Depending on the new address, additional shipping fees may apply.
