Q: Are there any shipping Charges?

A: Currently Shipping charges are not collected from the customer for Neon Signs ordered on OMG NEON. So, the customers can enjoy FREE Delivery!

Q: How long the Deliveries will remain Free?

A: Free Delivery is part of our ‘Customer Happiness Program’. This is subjected to change in the future. Once changed, the Delivery Charges will reflect in the Cart and will be extra from the product price and taxes (if any). Shipping charges are calculated on multiple factors, but an Average Shipping Cost is in between $20 - $40

Q: How long does it take to deliver the product?

A: The delivery time for a product may vary depending on factors like the type of product, location, etc. Typically, standard delivery within your country takes a few days to a week. 96% of our deliveries happen in 10-12 days. Please note that unexpected circumstances and holidays might cause occasional delays.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: Please mail us at hello@omgneon.com, we’ll share exact status along with expected delivery date. Do mention your order number.

Warranty

At OMG Neon, we take pride in offering products that are free from any manufacturing defects. However, if, by any chance, you receive a faulty product, we are here to assist you promptly and hassle-free. Please note that our Returns and Replacements are applicable only for faulty items, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. Please note remote and dimmer are not covered in warranty. After a careful inspection of the delivered products, we may proceed with fixing or replacing the faulty product. The final decision on refunds for the product cost and/or shipping charges will be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of OMG Neon.

Cancellation

CANCELLATION, REFUND & REPLACEMENT FAQs:

Q: What is order cancellations policy?

A: Order can be cancelled before the Production starts of the order. For cancellation you can write to us at hello@omgneon.com along with Order Number. We’ll confirm the status if the order and take the action accordingly. On successful cancellation, the complete order amount will be refunded.

 Q: Is it possible to change the shipping address after placing an order?

A: Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order until they have been shipped. For change of address, please write to us at hello@omgneon.com along with new address. Please note that changing the shipping address might impact the timely delivery of the product. Depending on the new address, additional shipping fees may apply.
